How to Purchase Tickets

We make it easy to secure your seats at the Oxford Performing Arts Center:

  • Online: Visit our official website to browse upcoming shows and purchase tickets with no convenience fees. We strongly recommend that guests online purchase online at oxfordpac.org to access the best seats and the best prices. Tickets purchased elsewhere may be invalid.  

  • By Phone: Call the Box Office at (256) 241-3322 and a member of our team will be happy to assist you.

  • In Person: Stop by the Box Office Tuesday through Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. for advance ticket purchases. On performance days, the Box Office opens approximately 90 minutes before curtain time.

  • At the Door: For most events, door sales begin about 90 minutes prior to showtime, subject to availability.

  • OPAC Gift Cards

Will Call & Ticket Pickup

Tickets held at Will Call will be available at the Box Office beginning 90 minutes before the performance. Please bring a photo ID and the card used for purchase for verification.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds are issued only in the event of a cancellation or rescheduled performance.  Learn more

  • Ticket exchanges may be permitted, subject to availability.

  • Lost or misplaced tickets cannot be exchanged or reissued.

  • All sales are final.

Ticket-Buying Tips

  • Arrive early — we recommend at least 30 minutes before curtain to allow time for parking, ticket pickup, and seating.

  • When purchasing online, ensure your billing address matches your card’s record to avoid declines.
