Lost & Found
If you believe you left something behind during your visit to the Oxford Performing Arts Center (OPAC), please contact our Ticketing & Guest Services team as soon as possible.
How it works:

Any items found inside the venue or in our immediate parking/entrance areas by staff or volunteers are turned in to our Guest Services/Box Office team.

To report a lost item, please call us at 256-241-3322 or email info@oxfordpac.org, and provide:

Date of your visit and the event name

Approximate seating location (section/row/seat) or area visited (lobby, restroom, concessions, etc.)

A description of the item (color, brand, unique markings)

We store lost items for up to 30 days. Any items not claimed after that period may be donated or discarded at our discretion.

Please note: OPAC is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of personal property.
We appreciate your patience and will do our best to assist you. If you’d like us to hold the item for you after we contact you regarding its recovery, we’ll arrange a time for you to pick it up or make other return arrangements.
