About The Movie
What if the Founding Fathers were secret-society masterminds who hid a treasure so vast it could fund a nation — and left the clues scattered across America's most iconic landmarks? Nicolas Cage decided to steal the Declaration of Independence to find out, and honestly, we respect the commitment.
National Treasure is the kind of gloriously fun, completely unhinged adventure movie that Hollywood simply doesn't make enough of — a film that treats American history like a Dan Brown novel and somehow makes you love it even more for doing so. It's endlessly rewatchable, endlessly quotable, and perfect for a summer night when you want to sit back, turn your brain to "fun mode," and just enjoy the ride.
Kids will be gripped by the puzzle-solving and the chase sequences. Adults will be reminded why Cage became a legend. Everyone will leave with a sudden, inexplicable urge to go visit the Liberty Bell. Bring your sharpest minds and your wildest conspiracy theories — tonight we're cracking the code together.
It's a good night for history.
