Highway Static is the next evolution of a rock 'n' roll band formerly known as Birkenhed. Their roots are in Calhoun County, Alabama, where they took the local scene by storm in their debut at the Darkhorse Saloon in Historic Downtown Anniston. Highway Static delivers an electrifying performance, balanced between covers of popular rock artists, and their very own original songs! 

Their writing is inspired by a myriad of artists and songwriters such as Lynyrd Skynyrd, Jimi Hendrix, Gordon Lightfoot, and many others. Highway Static ushers in a unique blend of southern and hard rock-channeling decades of experience in the roots of rock 'n' roll between them.

Lead singer Steven Henderson, alongside guitarists Eric Battles and Caleb Burt, bassist Matt Neighbors, and drummer Rob Hudson converge in perfect harmony, creating a massive sound that keeps rock 'n' roll alive and relevant in the age of modern music.
