About The Movie
It's one of the most perfect movies ever made. Not perfect for its genre. Not perfect for its era. Just perfect, full stop — a film so precisely crafted, so relentlessly entertaining, and so genuinely heartfelt that it has never aged a single day since 1985.

Back to the Future is the story of a kid, a scientist, a time-traveling DeLorean, and what happens when you accidentally erase your own existence. It's an adventure. It's a comedy. It's a surprisingly touching story about parents and children and the people we become. It's also the reason an entire generation checked their car's speedometer at 88 mph at least once.

Watching it outside on a warm July night is an experience that captures everything great about summer: the ease of it, the joy of it, the feeling of being exactly where you're supposed to be. Bring a picnic. Bring your best friend. Bring your kids so you can watch their face the first time they see the clock tower sequence.

Some things are worth doing right, and Back to the Future on a big outdoor screen on a summer night is absolutely one of them.
