Notice Regarding Performance Cancellation
 

It is with great disappointment that, due to circumstances beyond our control, we must issue a cancellation notice for A Christmas Carol originally scheduled for Tuesday, December 17, 2019.  

This tour of A Christmas Carol was being produced by Nebraska Theatre Caravan, an award-winning professional theatre company.  Our team was informed this afternoon, that the cast and crew tour bus was involved in an serious accident in Maine last night.  Sadly, several members of the cast and crew were injured and thus unable to continue on with the tour.  Fortunately, there were no fatalities.  We ask that you join with the staff at OPAC in keeping the Nebraska Theatre Caravan family in your thoughts and prayers this holiday season. 

Our team is working hard to secure another excellent performance for your enjoyment and we plan to announce the details of another performance as soon as possible.   

Currently, we anticipate providing the following options to ticket holders beginning next week:

A) If you wish to attend the newly announced performance, you will have your same seats at the same price.  Your existing tickets for A Christmas Carol will be valid for the new concert.  No additional action will be required. 

B) If you do not wish to attend the newly announced performance, a refund will be provided via the original purchase method within two weeks.  For patrons who purchased tickets with credit or debit cards, a refund will be issued to the card used to purchase the tickets originally.  For patrons who purchased tickets with cash or check, a refund check will be mailed to the original purchaser via USPS. 

We appreciate your patience as we finalize plans for both a new performance and refunds for patrons who wish to receive them.
