Mobile Tickets at OPAC
Beginning December 5, 2023, the Oxford Performing Arts Center is replacing its My OPAC app ticketing system with our all-new OPAC Mobile Ticket Wallet. Access your ticket wallet at wallet.oxfordpac.org.
Login in to your OPAC Ticket Wallet using the same login credentials you used to purchase tickets at oxfordpac.org. There is a “Forgot Password?” option, if needed. Once logged in, your Mobile Tickets will be available under the “My Events” tab.
WHAT IS MOBILE TICKETING?
The Oxford Performing Arts Center has adopted Mobile Ticketing as a new feature to replace Print At Home tickets. The tickets will be accessible through the My OPAC app beginning two hours before the performance.
Mobile Tickets - Things to remember:
- Please have your Mobile Tickets ready for display on your before you walk inside the venue. This will speed your access into the theatre and allow the lines to keep flowing.
- To flip through multiple tickets for a show, tap the arrows or swipe right and left. All Mobile Tickets will be need to be scanned for your party.
- Once the QR code is active before your show, it is important not to screenshot because the code will refresh every few seconds. This feature is in place to help prevent fraudulent ticket sales on third-party websites.
- If you have any questions or issues with your Mobile Tickets, simply stop by the box office with the purchaser’s photo ID. We will be pleased to assist you with gaining access to the show.
CAN I STILL REQUEST HARD TICKETS?
Yes! When checking out online, you will have the option to request your tickets to be mailed (small mailing fee may apply), or you may pick them up from Will Call before the show. In order to pick up Will Call tickets, a photo ID must be presented which matches the name of the purchaser.
CAN I STILL PRINT MY TICKETS FROM HOME?
No. Tickets for all Oxford Performances will no longer include a printout option. This decision was made to protect the integrity of your tickets and prevent the fraud and counterfeit problems that have increased in recent years.
CAN I HAVE MULTIPLE TICKETS ON A SINGLE PHONE?
Yes! Once you tap on the performance, you will be able to swipe left and right through your available tickets.
WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE A SMARTPHONE?

WHAT IF I NEED HELP ON THE DAY OF THE SHOW? BROKEN DEVICE? BATTERY ISSUES?
Simply stop by the Box Office and we will provide you with physical tickets at no charge.
