What types of performances are included?

Expect a wide variety—from live music and dance to theater, spoken word, storytelling, and more. Each show will offer something different, with a focus on creativity, quality, and regional talent.

Where are the shows held?

Most performances are to be presented in The Studio at OPAC, a 200 seat venue that offers an up-close, intimate experience.

Are these performances family-friendly?

Yes. While content will vary depending on the show, all performances are intended to be appropriate for general audiences and family-friendly unless otherwise noted.

How do I buy tickets?

Tickets will be available on the OPAC website, by phone, or in person at the OPAC Box Office. Each show is $10 per seat.

Can I buy a season pass for all ten shows?

At this time, tickets are sold individually for each performance. A season pass may be considered in the future based on interest and demand.

Who can apply to perform in the 10x10 Series?

The series is open to artists of all live performance disciplines. We’re especially interested in local and regional artists with a strong artistic voice and engaging performance style.

How do I apply?

Applications will open May 1 and can be submitted online at Acceptd.

You’ll be asked to provide a bio, video sample, and marketing assets.

Applications for the 2025–2026 season will be accepted from May 1 through June 6, 2025.

What is the review process like?

Submissions will be reviewed by a panel of staff and advisors from OPAC, the Oxford Arts Council, and community leaders. Applications are evaluated based on artistic merit, audience appeal, originality, and technical feasibility.

Are artists paid?

Yes. Selected artists will receive a performance stipend ranging from $500 to $1,500 based on the nature and scale of the performance.

What kind of technical support is available?

The Studio at OPAC is equipped with some basic sound and lighting. Artists should plan to bring their own sound gear if possible.

Do artists handle their own ticketing or marketing?

OPAC manages ticketing exclusively and provides marketing support. Artists are encouraged to promote their performance as well, but are not responsible for handling ticket sales.

Will there be a Q&A or meet-the-artist element?

We love when artists connect with audiences. While not required, we encourage informal Q&As, post-show conversations, or community engagement activities where appropriate.

Is there a cost to apply/audition?

Yes.  Our online application/audition portal, GetAcceptd, charges a $35 application fee.  Artists may apply for a fee waiver directly through GetAcceptd if certain financial criteria are met.  Learn more
