Kansas-born Martina McBride is a 14 time Grammy nominee and 4 time CMA “Female Vocalist of the Year”. With 13 studio albums, two greatest hits compilations, and one “live” album, it is no surprise McBride had five singles top No. 1 on country charts and a crossover No. 1 over her three-decade career. She has sold over 14 million albums and been named the Academy of Country Music’s “Top Female Vocalist” three times. A champion for a number of charities from the National Domestic Violence Hotline to her own charity initiative, “Team Music is Love,” McBride was awarded the “Minnie Pearl Humanitarian Award” in 2003.
